That I could remember it's usually around late October. Since I'm in Delaware, there's not much of a difference. We have been having really mild winters in the last 5 years or so.

I want a really good snow storm. Maybe a blizzard ?!?!

lmao, in NJ and DE the winters are actually quite a bit more mild than they are here in northeastern PA, by later this month I'll be wearing long pants and a jacket, and by mid-October we'll start to see some snow flurries every now and then, oh and did I mention, it will be cold.................... really frickin cold.
