I was trying to get a screenshot but the image was too large.

Yes that tells us of what threads we have posted on.

lol, ok, glad I finally got it right, ok, that box is available here, sorta, it's actually a box with a checkmark in it, but it's the same thing. Anyway, that box does mean that you're subscribed to that thread, but again, you can subscribe to a thread without getting e-mail notification.
