Default The "What's For Dinner Tonight?" Thread!
OK so what's for dinner tonight folks? I'm hoping we can keep this thread going like daily chat.

Tonight, I think I'm going to make potato and apple salad, veggie burgers and some lemonade.

We ate at Lonestar...it was packed but on the plus side I didnt have to cook in the heat!!!!!

My vietnamese friend, Nguyen Duc, and his wife came visit today and the lady cooked a nice VN dinner. Lemon Chicken, fried pork meat balls, coconut crusted shrimp and other really savory ethnic stuff. Wow. I had not seen the guy for over 20 years and he shows up now? Yeah, courtesy of my eldest son who is hell-bent in locating some of my old friends, LOL.
