I like my new phone, it has speakerphone, which allows me to concentrate on the road and talk to someone at the same time.

I also don't use a hands-free phone when I'm in the shower! The National Safety Council stated bluntly that the issue has nothing to do with holding a phone to your ear. They have criticized our law and others like it. According to the Council, the mere fact that you're having a phone conversation is the issue and ALL cell phone usage should be banned.
