Ditch your car? Hey, this is America and a car is part of the "american dream". Besides, in this time and age, a car is more of a necessity than a luxury, especially in the eastern and western seaboards where most people live great distances from where they work.
Eat moderately? Yeah, sure.. Actually, it is more like eat SENSIBLY! It is not as much a matter of how much you eat but the health qualities of food you ingest.
I could go on and on with this one, but check your facts and try to find 100 people who will eat sensibly day in and day out, excercise regularly (meaning at least three times a week), ditch their cars (walk) and etc... post up factual results (not studies from "x" or "y" think dump. studies can be fudged to lean for or against miryad things)... it will be interesting.
