I agree we all need to do everthing that we can do to get not only us, but others. I like all the ideas that you have given. Most people do not know that with a few easy steps they can get on there way to a better them. Thank you for all the information you have given us.

Hi i am agree with you that Oatmeal, apples, brown rice, has lots of protein ..eat 5-6 small meals every 2-3 hours of these foods. If you do this, along with ab exercises, your abdominals will start to show. Thanks
