Just been working! My projects are coming along nicely and the market is picking up.

those appraisal sites are useless. Don't ever go by what they tell you. You have to analyze the earnings , traffic , age , domain , content , and so much more til you can make an actual assumption.
i once sold a forum for $5,500 so they can get up there. It would take some work to get this forum up and running to that point. doable but it would take a lot of work.
